Individual Psychotherapy

Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions while also balancing cultural expectations, family responsibilities, and their own identity.

Therapy is collaborative, practical, and paced in a way that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.

Fee: $140 CAD per 50-minute session

Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario, allowing you to attend therapy from a space that feels comfortable and private—whether that’s your home, office, or another setting that works for you. This format can make it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules or during transitional periods.

Services may be covered under extended health benefits for Registered Psychotherapy.

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay, we can figure it out together.

This may be helpful if you:

  • feel caught between family expectations and your own path

  • experience anxiety, overthinking, or constant pressure to “keep it together”

  • feel like you’re a different person at home versus outside

  • struggle with boundaries or feel guilty when you set them

  • feel unsure of your identity outside of responsibilities or achievements

  • are going through a life transition and feel overwhelmed or stuck

In our work together, we may focus on:

  • understanding thoughts, emotions, and behaviours

  • build practical coping skills that actually feel usable in real life

  • navigate cultural and family expectations with more clarity and confidence

  • develop a stronger sense of identity and self-trust

  • reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm
